September 2023 - The Complaints Procedure - Workplace has undergone its scheduled review and is approved under delegation A12. The changes largely clarify and document current processes, including: 1. Details about the information that should be provided with a formal complaint, and clarification that this must be in writing. 2. More information about what a formal investigation will involve. 3. Provisions for staff who are directed to participate in a formal investigation. 4. Provisions for staff to request to have a support person available. 5. Provisions for consultation with, or referring issues to DSSW, and some linkages made acknowledging certain complaints may be or become psychosocial health and safety issues.
