Summary of Changes from Previous Version

October 2023 - Amended to remove provisions to approve issue of replacement testamurs for administrative errors (previously clause 10e.), now addressed in the Conferral and Graduation Procedure. Approved under delegation A8, resolution CNL 187/16.
