The procedures were approved on 3 October 2024 under delegation A11. - Maximum course completion time changed to 10 years for all courses, subject to other academic progress requirements. -  The provision for compulsory intensive schools has been extended to all subjects. - revised to improve readability, with new parts, headings and reordering/restructuring of content.
