Summary of Changes from Previous Version
It introduces new provisions for the Executive Director, DIT or delegate to allow standing exemptions for direct procurement of certain ICT resources by some organisational units, without going via the Computer Shop. This was raised as an efficiency improvement by stakeholders. There are no other material changes to current practice.
