Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The Unit Head field has been updated from the Director, Workplace Relations and Policy to the Director, Culture, Capability and Wellbeing, to align with current structure.


September 2019 – all references to the incident and hazard reporting system SCRIM have been updated to Protecht. All references to the webpage Accident and Incident Notification and Investigation Management Guidelines have been updated to the WHS Reporting Incidents and Hazards web page.


June 2019 - Amendments include updates to clause 25 to reference the new course name, replacing references to the Blood and Bodily Fluids Handling Guidelines, Waste Guidelines and Sharps Guidelines with the Biosafety Manual in clause 34 and 35 (e) and removal of clause 43 as it was no longer accurate and is addressed in clause 60. Approved by the Executive Director, Human Resources in accordance with delegation GOV10.
