Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The National Security Compliance Committee Membership and Terms of Reference replaces and subsumes the functions of the Defence Trade Controls Committee Membership and Terms of Reference. A proposal to dissolve the DTCC was accepted by the NSCC on July 25th 2024. Approved in accordance with A17 (authority to approve management committees).
