July 2023 - The Emergency Management Policy has undergone a full review and is approved as the Emergency Management Procedure under delegation A12. It has been updated based on the 'AS 3745-2010 Planning for emergencies in facilities'. Key changes include: 1. Establishment of the WHS Committee as the University's emergency planning committee. 2. Alignment of this procedure with the Resilience Policy and framework, including the Crisis Management and Critical Incident Management processes. 3. Updating the responsible/delegated officer. 4. Updating the indemnity statement for ECO personnel. 5. Inclusion of information about instructions, training and recordkeeping requirements for emergency planning committees, emergency control organisations and first aid personnel. 6.
