Summary of Changes from Previous Version

April 2019 – Administrative amendments were made in accordance with Schedule 1, delegation GOV 10B. References to the following Misconduct document has been replaced with the Student Misconduct Rule 2018 that came into effect on 4 March 2019 and as of that date superseded and revoked any previous rules, policies or procedures of the University relating to student misconduct:


- Misconduct – Student General Misconduct Rule (expired 3 March 2019, subject to clause 139 of the Student Misconduct Rule 2018)


December 2018 – Amendments as approved by the Council on 14-15 June 2018 (CNL 18/55) include revisions to align the Student Charter with the University's values and the Student General Misconduct Rule, as well as improvements to the Charter to make it more student focused.
