Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The Unit Head field has been updated from the University Ombudsman to the University Secretary, to align with current structure.

Amendments as approved by the Vice-Chancellor under Delegation GOV10, include rewording of clause 25, replacement of references to TRIM with HPE Records Manager (HPE RM) and University Records Manager to Manager, University Records, and replacement of references to General Disposal Authority – GDA36 as it has been superseded by General Disposal Authority GA45.
