Summary of Changes from Previous Version

February 2019 – Amendments as approved by the Executive Director, Human Resources in accordance with Delegation GOV10. 


The changes primarily relate to parental leave and domestic violence leave. For parental leave, a new section was added on keeping in touch days and an amendment was made to the provisions for subsequent periods of paid parental leave. References to domestic violence were removed from the special leave clause and a new section on domestic violence leave was added.
