Summary of Changes from Previous Version

September 2022 – Editorial change to include link to standing authorisations register at Section 6, approved in accordance with delegation A13.


September 2021 – Editorial changes to update links to delegation schedules and correct references to clauses, approved in accordance with delegation A13. A copy of this document prior to the change has been captured in the University records management system.


May 2021 - Full review completed as part of the governance and management policy review project, approved under CNL160/4. Amendments include updated definitions for primary and secondary budget centres and for band levels. Revision of text/reordering clauses to reduce duplication.
