December 2021 – Minor changes approved in accordance with delegation A11: consequential edits to terminology used for international/overseas/non-domestic students and to remove cross institutional enrolment content now addressed in the Admissions Policy. August 2021 - Minor change to clauses 59, 71, 115, 116, to include additional information about student enrolment and appeals, to improve consistency with the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018. Approved in accordance with GOV9. May 2021 - Minor changes approved in accordance with delegation GOV9, resolution AS169/10, including: updated position titles and organisational unit names to reflect current structure - updated terminology to reflect current University practice (e.g. 'session' - 'teaching period'; 'agent' - 'approved third party') - review/appeals process removed to refer to the University Student Appeals Policy - some text revisions to improve clarity. December 2020 - Minor change to clause 12 with a provision added for students to provide their Unique Student Identifier, required under changes to the Higher Education Support Act approved in accordance with GOV9. Editorial changes to clauses 17, 18 and 42 in accordance with GOV10B. December 2020 – Editorial changes in accordance with GOV10B, references to Director, Research updated to Dean, Graduate Studies. November 2020 – Editorial changes in accordance with GOV10B, links to superseded policies amended at clauses 37 and 86. June 2020 – Editorial amendment made in accordance with GOV10B, to clarify text in clause 74 for consistency with delegation schedules. April 2020 – Editorial amendments made in accordance with GOV10B, to clarify text and improve referencing between policies.
