Section 1 - Purpose
(1) These Guidelines set out how fees paid by full fee paying overseas students (FFPOS) on-shore at Charles Sturt University (the University) will be distributed.

(5) Fees paid by full fee paying overseas students on-shore at Charles Sturt University will be collected by the Division of Financial Services and be distributed as follows:
- Undergraduate Courses including Post Graduate Diplomas
- 40% - to the Faculties in accordance with the FFPOS load on each Faculty. This payment will be to cover direct teaching costs.
- 20% - to the University Development Fund to be used for capital development as required by DEET. This amount will be allocated according to the FFPOS load at each campus.
- 5% - to the administrative Divisions to enhance the level of support provided to overseas students.
- 5% - to the Division of Library Services to be allocated to the University's libraries according to the FFPOS load at each campus.
- 5% - to the Division of Information Technology to be used to support academic computing and to be allocated according to the FFPOS load at each campus.
- 5% - to the University Research Management Committee.
- 5% - to the International Office.
- Higher Degree Courses
- The differential between the fees for higher degree courses and the fees for less than the higher degree courses in the same discipline shall be distributed as follows:
- 65% - to the Faculties in accordance with the FFPOS load on each Faculty;
- 15% - to the Division of Library Services
- 15% - to the University Development Fund; and
- 5% - to the Division of Information Technology for academic computing.
