(3) Effective from 1 July 2000, all radio and television programs copied by Charles Sturt University (the University) for educational purposes under Part VA of the Copyright Act 1968, except those that are destroyed within the fourteen day preview period, are to be catalogued and held as part of the University Library's holdings.
