(1) These Guidelines outline criteria that should be applied when determining applications from students seeking some entitlement on the grounds of misadventure or extenuating circumstances in accordance with the Special Consideration Regulations. (2) Members of staff who are required to determine a request for special consideration which has been lodged in accordance with clause 4 of the Special Consideration Policy (which outlines the purposes for which requests may be lodged) should apply the following criteria when making the determination:Special Consideration Guidelines
