Summary of Changes from Previous Version

October 2019 - all references to the University Secretary and Director, Governance and Corporate Affairs position have been updated to the University Secretary, to align with current structure.


Administrative amendment – reference to the Director, Strategic Planning and Information has been replaced with the Director, Strategic Planning, to align with current structure. 


June 2019 - all references to the 'Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research, Development and Industry)' position and division updated to 'Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Engagement)', to align with current structure.


October 2017 – administrative amendments as approved by the University Secretary under Delegation 10B, including updating of position titles to align with current organisational structures.


April 2017 - administrative changes to update 'Senior Executive Committee' references to 'Vice-Chancellor’s Leadership Team', as approved by the University Secretary under Delegation GOV10B.


Amended as approved by the Vice-Chancellor under Delegation GOV14, following endorsement by the Senior Executive Committee (SEC). Revisions include renaming of the Senior Executive Committee (SEC) to the Vice-Chancellor’s Leadership Team (VCLT) and disestablishment of the Planning and Strategy Group (PSG) in light of other smaller strategy groups being established as part of the overarching project management of the 2017-2022 University Strategy. Changes to the Membership and Terms of Reference to include the full membership of all the Vice-Chancellor's direct reports as decision makers and other minor edits to reflect the University Strategy 2017-2022.
