Administrative amendment – reference to the Director, Strategic Planning and Information has been replaced with the Director, Strategic Planning, to align with current structure. June 2019 - all references to the 'Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research, Development and Industry)' position and division updated to 'Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Engagement)', to align with current structure. As part of the transition in July 2017 from Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Administration) to the Corporate Services Group (Office of the Chief Financial Officer), the ‘Initiatives and Strategy Implementation Plan Governance Committee Membership and Terms of Reference’ was reviewed and endorsed by the Committee. In February 2018, the Vice-Chancellor’s Leadership Team accepted and endorsed the revised Committee Membership and Terms of Reference document. As a consequence of the review, the name of the Committee was changed to the ‘Technology Governance Committee’ to better reflect the function of the Committee.
