Summary of Changes from Previous Version

May 2018 – the Membership and Terms of Reference for the Capital Planning Committee have been expired, as approved by the Chief Financial Officer under Delegation GOV14. The Capital Planning Committee has been dissolved as it is no longer required under new management and governance structures.


January 2018 – administrative amendments as approved by the University Secretary under Delegation 10B, including updating of position titles to align with current organisational structures. ‘Pro Vice-Chancellor (Student Learning)’ amended to ‘Pro-Vice Chancellor (Learning and Teaching)’.


October 2017 – All references to the position of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Administration) have been replaced to the position of the Chief Financial Officer to reflect organisational structure.


October 2017 – Unit Head updated to Chief Financial Officer to reflect organisational structure.


April 2017 - administrative changes to update 'Senior Executive Committee' references to 'Vice-Chancellor’s Leadership Team', as approved by the University Secretary under Delegation GOV10B.
