Summary of Changes from Previous Version
Section and clause numbers were updated to reflect amendments and additions.
The insertion of clauses reflects the University Council's decision to rescind the Governance (Council
Allowance) Rule 2006 No. 5 on 10 December 2016 (CNL15/125). Provisions relating to the use of motor vehicles have been transferred to the Charter.
All references to University Council committees were updated to reflect the revised committee
structure approved by the University Council 29 October 2015 (CNL15/101).
