Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Amended Charter approved by Council at its meeting on 19 February 2015 (CNL 15/10). Amendments include update of clause 28(i); deletion of clause 30(c); insertion of Section 44 and subsequent Parts; and deletion of clause 196. Section and clause number were updated to reflect amendments and additions.
