May 2023 – These committees are disestablished as an outcome of the of the management committee structure review, and will become working groups.


05/12/2022: Division name changed from Division of Facilities Management (DFM) to Facilities Management (FM)

March 2018 – minor administrative amendments including update position title from ‘Manager, Campus Services’ to ‘Campus Services Manager’ as approved by the University Secretary under Delegation GOV10B.


October 2017 – All references to the position of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Administration) have been replaced to the position of the Chief Financial Officer to reflect organisational structure.


This is the first version of this document to be published in the CSU Policy Library. For all intents and purposes, this version is reflective of the existing version that was published in the relevant manual (academic or administration) at the time the CSU Policy Library was launched. The document has been subjected to reformatting, including the application of a new numbering system and title.
