January 2024 – These guidelines are expired as they are no longer in line with our current talent acquisition approaches. The Unit Head field has been updated from the Manager, Diversity and Equity to the Director, HR Partnerships to align with current structure. Amendments approved by the Executive Director, Human Resources. This Guideline has been amended to incorporate more contemporary recruitment strategies including online and social media, with a strengthening of the requirement for a search plan to be undertaken for all senior positions and the provision of a search report template together with the addition of three additional strategies.
