Summary of Changes from Previous Version

February 2020 – Editorial changes made to correct glossary terms and typographical errors in accordance with delegation schedule 1 GOV10B.  A copy of the document prior to these changes has been saved to the University records management system. 


November 2019 - all references to the Deputy Director Governance and Academic Secretary position have been updated to the University Secretary or their delegate, to align with current structure.


October 2019 - the Unit Head field has been updated from the University Secretary and Director, Governance and Corporate Affairs to the University Secretary, to align with current structure.


Amendments as approved by the University Council on 8 December 2017 (CNL17/95) include, addition of clause 24 to clarify delegation for revocation of an award; and various administrative amendments throughout.
