Status and Details
November 2019 – Project Steering Committees were originally established for each of the three focus areas within the University Strategy 2022, including Internal Capability. After a governance review of strategy projects, a single new steering committee has been established with the Vice-Chancellor's Leadership Team members acting in the capacity of the University Strategy Steering Committee. IT was decided then that the three stream based steering committees would be transitioned to Project Control Groups and a review of membership and terms of reference occurred. This is the agreed Membership and Terms of Reference for the Internal Capability stream and is consistent with the structure of the PGCs for the Our Communities and Our Students streams. Approved in accordance with Delegation 1, GOV14.Internal Capability Project Control Group - Membership and Terms of Reference
