Summary of Changes from Previous Version

December 2021 – Minor changes approved in accordance with delegation A11: consequential edits to terminology used for international/overseas/non-domestic students and to remove cross-institutional enrolment content now addressed in the Admissions Policy and Procedure.


May 2021 - Minor changes approved in accordance with delegation GOV9A including: updated position titles and organisational unit names to reflect current structure - updated terminology to reflect current University practice (e.g. 'session' - 'teaching period'; 'agent'); - review/appeals process removed to refer to the University Student Appeals Policy - some text revisions to improve clarity.


February 2021 - Minor change required under Higher Education Support Act; provisions added for students to provide their Unique Student Identifier. Approved in accordance with GOV9. Various editorial changes made in accordance with GOV10B.


December 2020 – Editorial changes in accordance with GOV10B, references to superseded policies updated at clauses 52, 56, 90 and 113. A copy of the document prior to these changes has been captured in the University’s records management system.


October 2020 – Minor change to reflect changes to internal management of HELP/CSP eligibility. Approved in accordance with GOV9A.


June 2020 – This is the first version of the Enrolment Procedure, and has been developed as part of the academic governance review project to support the Enrolment Policy. This procedure was approved in accordance with delegation schedule 1 GOV9A.
