March 2026 - This is a scheduled review of the Enrolment and Fees Policy suite,  appproved under delegation A7.


It has been substantially redrafted and reformatted. Changes include: Revised leave of absence provisions to support the Student Management Transformation Project improvements; New provisions to monitor, notify and support students as they near their maximum course completion time; Maximum study load provisions revised to adopt the University Handbook full-time enrolment pattern as the default maximum load, unless a different maximum is approved by the Course Director; Updated terminology to be less system or process dependent; References to subject quotas removed.
