Summary of Changes from Previous Version

November 2021 - Minor changes to clause 91 for the declaration text to be used for the certificate of authorship. Approved in accordance with delegation A11 (authority to approve academic procedures).

July 2021 - Minor changes for better alignment with the overarching policy for thesis requirements and declarations, and to update terms to reflect the current organisational structure.
