Summary of Changes from Previous Version

November 2023 - The Assessment Policy suite has undergone its scheduled review and is approved under delegation A11. Changes to this procedure are:



  1. Assessment return times amended to include 15 day turnaround for unapproved late submissions, and to allow Head of School to approve shorter or longer marking times for specific assessment tasks.

  2. Information about assessment submission and returns consolidated and simplified.

  3. Administration details for centrally run exam moved from policy.

  4. Review of mark information edited to align with Student Misconduct Rule and various clarifications.

  5. Reference to local instructions for faculty/school moderation processes added.

  6. Information about examination centres removed and exam information edited to be less in-person exam focused.

  7. Other edits for clarity.
