April 22 - Minor change (to reflect changes to legislation) submitted approved in accordance with delegation A11 (authority to approve academic procedures). New clause 10 to align the procedure with the low subject completion rate protection (for Job-ready graduates student protections). October 2021 - Editorial change under delegation A13, to clarify and correct wording at clause 10: ‘undergraduate course’ corrected to ‘coursework course’. A copy of the document prior to this change has been captured in the University’s records management system.
