Summary of Changes from Previous Version

October 2021 – Editorial change under delegation A13, to clarify and correct wording at clause 10: ‘undergraduate course’ corrected to ‘coursework course’. A copy of the document prior to this change has been captured in the University’s records management system.


July 2021 - Minor changes approved under GOV10 to reflect changes in organisational structure and to clarify terms.


June 2021 - Amendments to processes for identifying and supporting students at the three stages of not meeting academic progress, and to refer appeals to the University Student Appeals Policy.


December 2020 – This is the first version of the Assessment - Academic Progress Procedure, replacing the Academic Progress Policy and International Full Fee-Paying Students – Monitoring Course Progress Policy. This procedure has been developed as part of the academic governance review project to support the Assessment Policy.
