April 2021 – position title changes in accordance with University structure changes, approval of document correct in accordance with GOV10B. Changes to the membership and terms of reference were approved by Academic Senate on November 20, 2019, as advised by the Manager, Academic Governance (interim). The membership was changed to align with University structures and various clauses were amended to clarify the purpose and responsibilities of the committee. These include the addition of the DVC (Research and Engagement) as a stakeholder and redrafted accreditation and course and subject approval responsibilities to align with updated delegations in Schedule 9.'University Courses Committee' - Membership and Terms of Reference
