November 2021 – Editorial changes in accordance with delegation A13 to update references to committee names and policy. October 2021 - Full review of the Course and Subject Policy approved by Academic Senate, resolution AS171/4. Various resources were researched to inform the development of this policy, including course accreditation, reaccreditation and discontinuance procedures, policies and guidelines (or equivalent) from all Australian Universities. Particular acknowledgement is made of the University of Technology Sydney Award Course Approval Policy and Award Course Approval and Publication Procedures. Course and Subject Policy
