July 2023 - Minor changes approved under delegation A12:


- Clause 4 - rephrased


- New clause 11 - provision for appellant to be referred to original decision-making process if there is new evidence

June 2023 - Minor changes for approval under delegation A12:


- All decisions for appeal reformatted as table to remove repetition and improve readability


- New provision that, where an appeal against an academic progress decision is unsuccessful, but the decision is made late in the session (>75%) the student will be given the option of finishing the session.


- New decisions that may be appealed added: fitness to study decisions and University Medals/Exec Deans Award decisions.
