Summary of Changes from Previous Version

This the first version of this document to be published in the CSU Policy Library, as approved by the Executive Director, Human Resources under Delegation GOV10A. Previously the Membership and Terms of Reference had only been available through the Work Health and Safety at CSU webpage on the Human Resources website. These have now been combined with the Guidelines for the Conduct of Health and Safety Committees, terminology updated and reformatted into the approved template for the CSU Policy Library.
