Summary of Changes from Previous Version

August 2021 – Rescinded by University Council, resolution CNL161/2. This document is replaced by the Governance (Finance Committee) Rule 2021 and the Governance (Audit and Risk Committee) Rule 2021.


July 2021 – Editorial changes in accordance with GOV10B to update titles: Presiding Officer, Academic Senate updated to Chair, Academic Senate.


March 2020 – Administrative changes made in accordance with delegation schedule 1 GOV10B. A copy of the document prior to these changes has been saved to the University records management system. 


October 2019 - the Unit Head field has been updated from the University Secretary and Director, Governance and Corporate Affairs to the University Secretary, to align with current structure.


Amendments as approved by the University Council on 8 December 2017 (CNL17/103) include, amendment of clause 8(b) to clearly identify the Committee’s responsibilities with respect to the Capital Plan; and various administrative amendments throughout.
