March 2020 – Administrative changes made to fix typographical errors and links, in accordance with delegation schedule 1 GOV10B. A copy of the document prior to these changes has been saved to the University records management system. October 2019 - the Unit Head field has been updated from the University Secretary and Director, Governance and Corporate Affairs to the University Secretary, to align with current structure.
