Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The Unit Head field has been updated from the Executive Director, Human Resources to the Director Culture, Capability and Wellbeing to align with current structure.


April 2019 – Amendments made as approved by the Executive Director, Division of Human Resources in accordance with Delegation GOV10.  Amendments made to ensure consistency with the modifications in procedure and form including obtaining and attaching reports and peer reviews to applications for promotion (Clauses 41 – 50), assessment of applications which exceed specified word limits, an increased focus on University values (Clause 56) and consolidation of clauses (30 and 32) as a result of amalgamation of Parts 4 and 5 of the application form.
