September 2020 – The Chemical Safety Committee was disestablished by the Vice-Chancellor’s Leadership Team at its meeting on 8 September 2020, (resolution VCLT20/94). The WHS team will resume responsibility for chemical safety matters reportable to the University Safety Health Management Committee. March 2020 – Division of Human Resources changed to Division of People and Culture. December 2019 - The document was updated to be in line with the University's terms of reference for committees templates.
