August 2019 – Minor changes throughout to align with the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018, Standard 8; updated references to positions, divisions and departments; and to improve clarity when referring to the Academic Progress Policy. Approved in accordance with the Policy Framework Policy and Delegation GOV10.
