Summary of Changes from Previous Version

This is the first version of this document to be published in the CSU Policy Library. For all intents and purposes, this version is reflective of the existing version that was published in the relevant manual (academic or administration) at the time the CSU Policy Library was launched. The document has been subjected to reformatting, including the application of a new numbering system and title.

11/4/2000- Altered format of policy without changing content. Altered names and phone numbers of rehabilitation coordinators. Deleted nominated providers and advised current list at HR.Added note under rehab providers that not all doctors participate in scheme. Changed Personnel to HR. Change Principal to Head of Campus

28/7/2000 - Deleted Ambulance Education Centre, Rozelle from Bathurst Campus Rehab Coordinators and inserted Dubbo. Changed Professional Development Centre to School of Policing Studies for Wagga Rehab Coordinator.

16/1/2002 - Changed 'Statutory Requirements' information to reflect OH&S Act 2000 from previous OH&S Act 1983.

16/12/2005 - Rehabilitation Policy renamed Return to Work Policy in accordance with requirements of the Workplace Injury Management and Workers' Compensation Act 1998. Policy reformatted and made HEWRRs compliant.
