Summary of Changes from Previous Version

This is the first version of this document to be published in the CSU Policy Library. For all intents and purposes, this version is reflective of the existing version that was published in the relevant manual (academic or administration) at the time the CSU Policy Library was launched. The document has been subjected to reformatting, including the application of a new numbering system and title.

The following information details the history of changes to the document prior to its publication via the CSU Policy Library:

Establishment - Originally established in 1991 with membership and terms of reference as determined by Faculties. Membership and terms of reference amended by Academic Senate on 18.8.99, AS 99/101.

Arts Standing Committee: Include the Sub-Dean of Psychology in the membership of the Committee (approved 27.10.99, AS 99/150). Include the Associate Dean in the membership of the Committee (AS 07/25 on 2.5.07).

Education Standing Committee: Include the Director, Centre for Indigenous Studies as an ex-officio member (AS 07/30 on 2.5.07). Include the Associate Dean (Academic) as an ex-officio member (AS 07/30 on 2.5.07 and amended AS 09/156 on 23.9.09).
