October 2019 - the Unit Head field has been updated from the University Secretary and Director, Governance and Corporate Affairs to the University Secretary, to align with current structure. October 2019 - all references to the Academic Secretary position have been updated to the University Secretary or their delegate, to align with current structure. May - Administrative amendment to clause 10 to reference the correct committee name were made in accordance with schedule 1, delegation GOV10B. Amendments approved by the Academic Senate on 9 May 2018 (AS 18/40) and subsequently submitted for publication in August 2018 include alignment to the prescribed CSU Policy Library Committee Membership and Terms of Reference format resulting in the re-numbering of clauses.
