October 2023 - Minor change to allow variations to the display of flags where approved by the Vice-Chancellor, approved under delegation A8. October 2023 - editorial change approved under delegation A13, to update link for Australian National Flag protocol and revise associated information. June 2022 - Minor amendment approved in accordance with delegation schedule A8, to allow for half-masting on the first business day following Foundation Day, where Foundation Day falls on 20 July. May 2021 - This procedure replaces the Flags Policy, as a supporting procedure to the Protocols Policy.
