August 2020 – Editorial change to clause 52 to update the term of the exception for in absentia graduates to attend future ceremonies. A copy of the policy prior to this change has been captured in the University’s records management system. July 2020 - The clauses for the University Medals and Charles Sturt Medals (previously Section 6) have been removed from this policy. This is a consequential amendment approved by Academic Senate under resolution AS165/9. These provisions are now included in the Medals and Executive Dean's Award Policy. Graduation Policy
