April 2024 – Editorial change to terms used, approved under delegation A13. Clause 27a, reference to ‘Genuine temporary entrant (GTE) requirements’ updated to ‘Genuine student requirements’ in accordance with Direction No. 106 – Assessing the genuine entry and stay requirements for Student visa and Student Guardian visa applications.
