Summary of Changes from Previous Version

November 2019 – The University Course Planning Committee – Membership and Terms of Reference was disestablished by the Vice-Chancellor on 30 January 2019. Work previously undertaken by UCPC now sits with the VCLT in accordance with delegation schedule 9, or will be reassigned to the appropriate committee through the academic governance policy review.


October 2019 - the Unit Head field has been updated from the University Secretary and Director, Governance and Corporate Affairs to the University Secretary, to align with current structure.


Administrative amendment – reference to the Director, Strategic Planning and Information has been replaced with the Director, Strategic Planning, to align with current structure. 


June 2019 - all references to the 'Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research, Development and Industry)' position and division updated to 'Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Engagement)', to align with current structure.


July 2018 – Reference(s) in this document to the Pro Vice-Chancellor (International Education and Partnerships) have been updated to Pro Vice-Chancellor, Global Engagement (Research and Partnerships) to align with current organisational structure.


January 2018 – administrative amendments as approved by the University Secretary under Delegation 10B, including updating of position titles to align with current organisational structures. ‘Pro Vice-Chancellor (Student Learning)’ amended to ‘Pro-Vice Chancellor (Learning and Teaching)’.


October 2017 – All references to the position of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Administration) have been replaced to the position of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Students) to reflect organisational structure.


 


Amendment to the membership of the Committee to include a representative of Avondale College and other minor amendments to reflect the current membership of the Committee, as approved by the Vice-Chancellor under Delegation GOV14.
