Summary of Changes from Previous Version

November 2020 – Editorial changes approved under GOV10B. Updates made to: position titles, formatting errors, spelling errors, references between clauses and removing binary/gendered language. A copy of the document prior to these changes has been captured in the University’s record management system.

The Unit Head field has been updated from the Director, Government and Community Relations to the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Community and Global Engagement) to align with current structure.

Amendments as approved by the University Council on 8 December 2017 (CNL17/105) include, removal of references to the Capital Region and Canberra Regional Consultative Committee (Canberra and Goulburn campuses) and the Ontario Regional Consultative Committee (Ontario Campus); and update of references to position and unit contact for the Director, Government and Community Relations and Office of Government and Community Relations in line with the current organisational restructure.
