January 2022 – This document is rescinded from 28 January 2022. It is replaced by the Facilities and Premises Policy and Facilities and Premises Procedure - Access, Use and Security. The Unit Head field has been updated from the Executive Director, Human Resources to the Director, Culture, Capability and Wellbeing, to align with current structure. The Smoking in the Workplace Policy has been recommended to have the review date extended to June 2020 as no changes were required in June 2019. As approved by the Executive Director, Human Resources. Amendments as approved by the Executive Director, Human Resources under Delegation GOV10, include updates due to 2015 regulatory changes associated with outdoor eating areas; maps produced to ensure designated eating areas or non-smoking areas are well defined; and minor changes to a number of clauses that do not effect intent of the Policy.
