Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Clause 10 - Addition of requirement that mandatory compliance training be completed by the application close date. Clause 51 – Removal of attendance of EDI member as a committee attendee. EDI advice will be provided by a Senior DPC representative. Clarification that Executive Deans and Heads of School attend for the purposes of responding to questions and providing career development feedback. Clause 65 - an EDI briefing on equity matters will be prepared in advance and presented at the meeting by the Senior DPC representative. Clause 76 – Removal of the verbal feedback meeting for successful applicants. Deans and HOS will now be present at the committee meeting to make notes for development purposes. Clause 79 – Change to the sequencing of feedback for unsuccessful applicants. Written feedback will be provided at least five business days prior to the meeting with the Chair, allowing time for preparation while clarifying that feedback is for career development purposes rather than a verbatim record of discussions.
