July 2022 - Editorial amendment to clarify scope, approved in accordance with delegation A13. August 2020 - The Complaints Management Policy was approved by the University Council at its meeting on 26 August 2020, resolution CNL151/19. The policy and supporting procedure have been rewritten to ensure that relevant legal requirements are explicitly addressed and there is a simpler and more effective process for complaints management within the University.Complaints Management Policy
